The November team will begin formation in just a few short months.
Will you be on the team?
(Team application is here)
Even if you cannot serve on this upcoming team, there are so many other ways you can help:
You can help recruit.
You can bake cookies.
You can donate money.
And, of course, you can PRAY!
The November leader is Richard Saxer and he is ready! He is actively recruiting and wanted to share this message with the community:

Jesus is calling for servants to help with His 58th Kairos at Angola this November 13 – 16!
Do you hear Him? Is there is a stirring in your heart, curiosity in you mind, or excitement in your soul? Perhaps He is asking you to help!
Our job is easy and fun! We Listen and Love. We listen to our new friends in Angola talk about themselves.
We give them a quiet accepting love that perhaps they have never known. We tell stories about ourselves (and God) – about times when we have been lost and how our lives have been turned around.
We talk about our relationship with Jesus. He does the rest.
Our new friends in Angola are often moved by the relationship we on the team from the outside have with each other: the love and respect we show each other.
Team relationships develop from our spiritual preparation during team formation meetings (really mini retreats) for 5 weekends before Kairos.
Our formation meetings will be in October: Saturdays October 4, 11, 18, 25 will be in Baton Rouge at the First United Methodist Church.
October 31/November 1 will be a Friday/Saturday overnight in New Orleans at Trinity Episcopal Church.
The weekend before Kairos is open. (It’s also the LSU/Bama game weekend!)
Curious? Interested? Called?
If so, pray about it, then send the attached application to:

November is near but AUGUST IS CLOSER. Speaking of recruiting, Discipleship Weekend Retreat IS a recruiting tool and should be what each of us invites potential team members for Kairos Angola #58 to FIRST as it is a qualifier.
It will be held August 8-10– just in time for potential recruits to qualify for the Angola team and while they are still on a spiritual high from their uplifting Discipleship experience. Joel Bajat will lead the team and the application/brochures are at these links:
