It is time to start planning and recruiting for Kairos 62 this November.
Team leader Mike Schultz has released the training schedule:
- October 1
- October 8
- October 15
- October 22
- October 29
- November 5 (if needed)
These meetings will start at 8:30 am and will be complete by 3 pm.
Team formation meetings will be held at First United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge, 930 North Boulevard.

Please prayerfully consider if God is calling you to join team #62. Let me know your decision either by calling me or returning the enclosed Team Application as soon as possible. Also, pray about other qualified volunteers God may be calling to this ministry, pass along their information, and talk to them about joining the team.Saturday, I was blessed to go to Angola along with 11 other Kairos brothers for the one-day retreat. We met with 7 men from Camp J along with men from Main Prison and Camp C at the Bible College. God was present as always, even showing off a little with thunder and power blips to punctuate talks. It was an awesome experience, generating excitement and anticipation for the weekend this fall.I am excited and honored to be leading this team in the fall and I look forward to hearing from you soon.Your brother in Christ,Mike Schultz
